"This is a nice hotel, but it has poor customer service and not a very good system. The front desk staff (mostly male) didn’t seem very interested in helping guests.
The rooms are okay, and the breakfast is good. However, some facilities are inconvenient to use. The swimming pool requires a reservation and is limited to one hour per day. The rooftop restaurant also requires a reservation
The elevator key system had frequent issues, which was frustrating.
The location is not very central—it’s about a 15–20 minute taxi or Uber ride to main attractions like the Eiffel Tower.
Overall, the hotel has some positives, but the service and restrictions take away from the experience."
