"Quiet location only 5 minute walk to most restaurants and stores. Great variety for breakfast. Hotel transportation available to and from train. Friendly staff. Only negative is carpet in room needs a cleaning. "

"We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. "

"We were in town for one evening to get a jump start to the top of Gornergrat. It was the perfect location. We had the most stunning view from our balcony. The bed was great. The bathroom was delightful and very clean. Loved everything about this charming hotel and town. Highly recommend. "
