The staff were courteous, attentive, and ensured a comfortable stay throughout. I opted for the **Tree House accommodation**, which was a unique experience. Nestled amidst tall forest trees, it offered a cozy and tranquil setting with amenities such as a comfortable bed, TV, bathroom, and internet connectivity. There was a brief interruption in the internet service for a few hours, but it was resolved promptly. While there is no cellular network in the area—similar to many hilly regions in Kerala—the internet connection adequately compensates for it, allowing guests to stay connected if needed. The resort is located about 12 km from Munnar city, and the drive through scenic tea plantations makes the journey delightful. The food provided was delicious, with satisfactory options that catered well to different preferences. "This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip, even better than other five‑star properties like the Taj. What stood out most were the spotless rooms, the attentive and genuinely caring staff, and the breathtaking views from both our room and the terrace. We loved the amenities as well: the beautiful swimming pool, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, and the hotel’s easy access to all the fun things to do in Munnar. We were traveling with our one‑year‑old, and the staff went above and beyond helping us sanitize bottles multiple times a day, keeping the room clean, and making sure we were always comfortable.
