  • Quiet, not overlooked, in a private domain with caretaker (Val d'azur) located between Valbonne and Biot (large swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, pétanque field). Villa with south-facing terrace, swimming pool and garden (sea view / Antibes lighthouse). Living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room. Equipped kitchen, . internet, TV (channel +). For rent in July and August.
    Located 20 minutes from Nice and Cannes airports, 10 to 15 minutes from the sea and Antibes, 5 minutes from Valbonne and biot 4km from Opio golf course.

Extremely relaxing stay in This property with our grown up family. The house is charming and well appointed with everything you need. The outdoor space was exceptional and we loved lounging by the pool in the perfect peace and quiet. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our queries. Would love to return again one day.

Séjour au Val d Azur à Valbonne

La maison est tres agréable, au calme et très bien équipée. La climatisation et la piscine sont un vrai plus et contribuent au bon déroulement des vacances. La propriété est très bien entretenue.

Skøn villa i private omgivelser

Godt. Villaen have godt med udstyr, A/C på alle værelserne og i stuen, gode badeværelser, gode soveværelser, fint køkken med godt køkkengrej, dejlig terrasse med stort bord og fine stole samt er lounge område med sofaer, fint pool område med fine liggestole og gode parasoller. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Ligger tæt på både supermarked og en god bager.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen.Die Küchenausstattung lässt absolut keine Wünsche übrig.Auch der Außenbereich ist schön gestaltet und bietet mit Essecke, Loungebereich und Pool mit Garten viel Platz.Der Check-in war sehr unproblematisch und auch insgesamt waren die Gastgeber jederzeit bei Fragen und Anliegen erreichbar.Der eigentliche Ort Valbonne liegt etwas entfernt, in unmittelbarer Nähe findet man aber einen großen Supermarkt und eine ganz großartige Bäckerei. Valbonne liegt insgesamt sehr günstig, da man von dort innerhalb kürzerer Zeit die gängigen Städte der Côte d‘Azur unproblematisch erreichen kann. Auch kleinere Orte in der Umgebung (Mougins, Biot) lohnen einen Besuch.Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

Très joli lieu de vacances

Très jolie villa au sein d'un domaine calme et verdoyant. Les photos donnent une bonne idée de la villa, son jardin et la piscine mais restituent trop peu la beauté du jardin, la douceur du lieu, l'équipement de la maison. Villa propre et accueillante, jardin et piscine très bien entretenus. Au alentours, le domaine est propre et calme. La proximité d'un petit centre commercial, d'une boulangerie et d'un centre médical est un atout supplémentaire et rassurant. Aux alentours, ne manquez pas de visiter les villages de Valbonne, Biot, Mougins, Gourdon, ... ; la chèvrerie du bois d'Amon (et leurs succulentes glaces à base de lait de chèvre), le restaurant "l'Escale" à Valbonne, les plages de Juan les Pins, Antibes, ... Les petits marchés traditionnels, ... Et beaucoup de belles découvertes. Nous étions 4-5 et conseillons à tous les vacanciers cette jolie villa.

C'est une agréable maison dans un lieux calme et sure. Elle est totalement equipée. Seuls bémol les moustiques très présents et la piscine qui est petite pour une famille !

Great villa, excellent location!

We have stayed for a week in this very nice villa, 2 famillies: 4 adults and 3 kids; the house is perfect, a lot of facilities, the seimming-pool perfect; the location good, within 20/40 mins to different placen on the coast; the owners of the house very nice and helpful with info and available for us over the phone when we needed their help; all in all we enjoyed our stay, we recommend it and for sure we will come back here; Thank you, Isabel & Thierry! Je vous conseille cette maison

La maison est dans un domaine, c'est très agréable et très calme - Aucun vis à vis. La maison est fonctionnelle, très propre et très bien entretenue ainsi que l'extérieur. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, j'y retournerai sans hésitation. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances.
