Sehr schöner Garten mit großem Pool - tolle Domäne - gute Infrastruktur (Bäcker / Apotheke / Supermarkt ) in Laufnähe. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage!!! Im obersten Stockwerk bei großer Hitze schwer erträglich. Außerdem gibt es eine fast unzumutbare Park bzw. Einfahrtssituation. Ansonsten war die Villa aber sehr schön und gut ausgestattet.

Wunderschöner Garten mit grossem, sehr sauberem Pool. Ein bisschen wenig Schattenplätze, vor allem nachmittags und gegen Abend sehr sonnig und heiss. Ruhige Lage mit Sichtschutz durch div. Sträucher. Ist an den ÖV angeschlossen. Das Haus mit recht grossen Zimmern und bequemen Betten ist ok. Die Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache.
