The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"We had a great time. The location is great, walking distance of almost everything you need. Navacerrada was beautiful during Christmas holidays with a Christmas market and activities to do with the kids.Perfect to connect with nature and go for a hike/bike. The communication with Carlos was excellent, he was very responsive. Thank you for having us in your lovely home!"

"What a fabulous property. It was so beautiful. Seemed a little like the middle of nowhere but really close to Segovia. The hotel is set around a stunning courtyard. We had a lovely apartment which was perfect for us. It even had a jacuzzi to rejuvenate us after our travelling. "

"The property was stunning, absolutely massive, very clean, had so much to do there and the views were gorgeous. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and any problems were fixed immediately. Close to local supermarkets and cafes and a train station to get into main Madrid. We had the most amazing time and thank the hosts for making it so lovely."

Nous avons testé la restauration que victoria propose ( que des spécialités locales) et croyez moi cela vaut le détour. "Ideal hotel for me. Out of the crowd. Tuck in a quiet alley and beautiful view from the room. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom amenities is great. Shower space is spacious. Parking is available from the hotel and 15 euros per day. It is a covered carpark and connected to the hotel. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate very much their prompt assistance to my needs. Will return to this hotel for sure on my next visit. Thank you for taking care of us. To all the staff, thank you.
