“This hotel is a good quality place to stay. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was wide ranging, although they only display a limited range of milk. Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports.”

“Staff helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good. Bedrooms very clean with ok facilities, but dark. Housekeeping excellent,friendly and discreet.
Negatives....very busy road from early morning to evening. Due to ongoing refurbishment terrace pebbled and uneasy to walk upon. Bar area has no windows or atmosphere so uninviting, dark and gloomy.
Worse things 1., nowhere to sit outside if not dining (sat at rear in staff area just to sit and relax) ..2.expensive restaurant which charged tips for……

“Our room was up in the attic & extremely small with a tiny window. I complained & was given a slightly larger room with a bigger window. The bed was small which my partner & I found quite uncomfortable.”

“A lovely hotel in a good location. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly and very good at their jobs.
Loved the breakfast and we had a couple of meals in the evening, which didn't last long on the plate and were good value.
The gardens are beautiful and peaceful, ideal for relaxing and having a couple of afternoon drinks.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay again when I next visit Guernsey”

“A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions.
Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower.
An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!”
