“It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. “Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix……

“We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. “Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall. I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“What a fantastic place to stay in the centre of Oxford! We stayed in studio Melissa with its double aspect view of the river. How beautiful to wake up to these views in the morning. “My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre. There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep. “The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
