The property was okay for a 1 night stay. However, there is no elevator in property, which means that we had to haul our suitcases up the stairs. The carpets were not very clean to look at. Otherwise, the place was okay.

We asked for a main floor room to accommodate a disability. Even though we didn’t check in until 10:00 pm, they honoured our request. Room was clean and nice. Parking was right outside the door.

We stop in annually, each stay has been great. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We get a kitchenette room. The walking trails behind the hotel are nice to stretch your legs after a long drive. The Grill has wonderful food.

Booked with a group who all booked through Expedia and were told that we had to have the smallest room in the complex because we booked with Expedia. I’ve never had that level of service before I usually get better service because I’m an Expedia Goldmember.

Bathroom was dirty with a big dead bug on the shower wall. Flies in the room. Building halls and stairway were old and dirty. This place could use remodelling. Very rundown. Bedding was fine though.

Friendly and welcoming staff were helpful accomodating. The property is showing wear and could have been a bit cleaner.

The wifi worked well and the front desk staff was fantastic and very friendly. The room was not clean and was in need of repair. There were dead flies and wasps in the window tracks, by the base of the bed and in a fly trap on the floor of the room. There was long dark hair under the sheets of the bed and in the bathtub. The floor of the room, especially near the bed appeared to not have been vacuumed as there were many dead insects, crumbs food droppings. The room itself was missing a smoke detector (taken from the bracket and not replaced) and the vent above the bathtub was half way out of the ceiling and had exposed wires. The door to the room also did not appear to be very secure as it was thin and flimsy.

The lobby and hallways were a little dated and felt a little unclean but when I went into the room it was newer and much cleaner. The bed was super comfortable. The front desk person was friendly and helpful when checking in.

Confusion about which room and where the key was for our room. When I say “a key” it’s an actual key…haven’t seen that in a hotel in about 20 years. Some wear and age showing.
