"The staff were very helpful and were eager to provide great service. The breakfast was varied and very good. Shout out to the coffee barista. Room and bed were very comfortable."

"Arrived in car with lots of luggage. No help from any staff. Zero customer service. Dirty room, previous guests shower cap left in bath. Dirty glasses in mini bar. “Premium room” had view over piles of rubbish, bins and construction mess. (Manager completely dismissed my concerns). No soundproofing to corridor. Very slow check in process. No room ready at 3pm check in time. Pool area dirty and sunbeds packed in like sardines. This is a HUGE hotel with attractive public areas but basic travelodge style rooms. Definitely would not stay here again."

"Three out of four elevators are not working. We’re lucky to stay on first floor. Otherwise we have to wait for the elevator at least five minutes every time to go up and down. Front desk lady is not that patient to explain the Wi-Fi connection information so we have to come to her again for the connect activities. breakfast has a variety of choices specially, gluten-free option which is good in Room amenities are simple but relatively clean except some I find a stain on one of the facial towels"

"I wouldn't pay more than 150 bucks a night here. The hotel is clearly lacking maintenance in the rooms. The walls were dirty and the bathtub was clogged when we arrived. The staff was terrible. It took them 2 hours to get to my room an iron and my bathtub unclogged. Honestly this is a skip. This and a sad experience because other ilunions we had stayed elsewhere were good."

"They put us in a room below ground level that had water damage near the main windows and a poorly working AC which made the night's hot. No accommodation was made for these problems. The buffet food was okay, but not worth the cost. A few staff members were pleasant and helpful, but for nearly $200 a night it was well over priced. Location was okay for Playa San Juan and some decent restaurants/bars."
