"We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall the stay was okay, and the staff did move us to another room after an incident, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that really affected our experience.
The bathroom in the king bed room was extremely small. While my partner was showering, the glass shower door suddenly fell off completely. Thankfully he caught it before it hit him, because it could have seriously injured someone. After that happened, we were moved to another room with a much larger bathroom.
What I don’t understand is that I paid extra each night specifically for a king-size bed room, but the queen bed rooms actually seemed to have much larger bathrooms and a better layout. Paying more for a significantly smaller and less functional bathroom was disappointing.
I would strongly recommend the hotel inspect and repair the shower doors and bathroom fixtures for guest safety."
