「The host was very accommodating. I needed to add a day at the beginning of my trip and he was able to do so. We had a couple of things we needed the hosts assistance with and he responded promptly. The location is perfect for spendings days at magic mountain, its so close! But if your group wants to split up there is plenty of shopping in the immediate vicinity . The beds were comfortable and the floor plan is great. We will return.」

「My wife and I were in Topanga Canyon for the week, for a family wedding and our stay at this property greatly enhanced that experience. The cottage was very charming, cozy and nicely furnished & decorated. It had everything we needed, including a large kitchen, comfortable master bedroom & 2 full bathrooms. Was quiet and serene, with a beautiful backyard. Several tasty restaurants were nearby. It was the perfect place for us. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We plan to return! 」

「Our adult son stayed in this unit during Thanksgiving while we (parents) stayed in the upstairs unit. It worked out very well. We were asked to rate the pool, but we are not aware of any pool here. When turning onto the road the house comes up quick so keep your eyes open :-) Driveway fit all 4 of our cars and the nice big round table let us have a fun game of uno.」

「The house is in a lovely neighborhood. There was room for all of us to have separate spaces and also to be together. Once we figured out how to heat the pool and hot tub, it worked well and was much enjoyed. All in all a lovely stay. One caveat: they don't want you to have parties, and you don't know till the Rules that they have a noise detector and can count how many cellphones are in the house. That feels weird. Otherwise, great! 」
