附近是藝術科學城，但去其他地方就比較麻煩，因附近沒有metro, 只可以坐巴士，服務人員態度良好，幫我們print文件很用心幫忙，酒店整潔乾淨，基本附合酒店的形象，但早餐比較起其他holiday inn express就遜色一點

Friendly staff and professional. Hotel is cleanliness. Check in was quick. About 8 minutes walk to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a convenient bus rides to beach Malvarrosa beach (Valencia), and centre town of Valencia. Healthy breakfast. Highly recommended.

Mi aspettavo molto meglio
Onestamente mi aspettavo molto meglio. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile ed è ciò che, tutto sommato, ha reso positiva la permanenza, ma la struttura è abbastanza "scomoda"; ascensori minuscoli, sala per la colazione a ridosso dell'ingresso e decisamente troppo piccola per l'hotel (bisogna prenotarsi e fare la coda), le camere non sono affatto insonorizzate e si sentono rumori ovunque, nel bagno mancava lo "scopino" per il wc, la pulizia delle stanze veniva fatta in modo un po' superficiale. Diciamo che non ci tornerei

Lastima de la cadena de Hotel de la que se trata, instalaciones muy viejas, trato pesimo, llegue a Recepcion y la encargada de turno estaba pasada de copas bailando con otras personas y Fran la persona que me atendio en el Front Desk, mas alla de solucionar las cosas, solo trataba de quitarse de encima la penosa situacion con sus compañeros. No regresaria a esa sucursal de Holiday Inn

Great stay
Very convenient location near to 2 tram stops and walkable to many attractions. Clean and comfortable room, nice staff and a good breakfast. We would stay again.

On arrival, I was attended to by a receptionist called Anna. She was very efficient, attentive and went out of her way to look after my disabled wife and myself. We saw Anna for two days and I must say she is one of the best Receptionists I have seen in sixty years of travelling. The rest of the staff were efficient and helpful. A pleasurable stay. MJ Banks

Great location. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast (Americans could only dream to have such quality and consistency at US HI Express hotels!). Very nice pool. Cons: no desk & chair in room to set up laptop and do work, also only one electric output that I could find, beside the bed against the wall. Not conducive to work set-up, but it seemed like more people were not there for work. I'd go back here for all the pluses anyway! Thanks

Correcto, lo buscado y esperado
La habitación un poco pequeña para los cuatro y el suelo un poco irregular. Para lo que se buscaba, descansar y dormir la familia lo que se buscaba y lo que se esperaba, sin ningún problema.

Great well located hotel - may be in need of a bit if a refresh/refurb now. Pool didn’t appear to be all that well maintained - evidenced by a grimy dirty sun screen scum around the pool wall tiles which was somewhat uninviting!

Helt okej personal och service (lite opersonligt dock). Synd att poolen stänger 20.00. Vi kom 19.50 så barnen fick bada ändå och ingen sa åt oss att gå därifrån så det blev nästan en timmes vad iallafall. Väldigt litet rum och bäddsoffan var inte skön.

Excellent stay. Good, clean comfortable room. Nice bath with plenty of hot water. The pool was a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was good and we liked having the sandwich press to make toasted sandwiches. The bus stop in front was handy to catch the cheap bus to the beach. Walking distance to the Oceanografic and a good mall. The staff are very nice and helpful
