This is a stunning boutique hotel in the heart of Valencia. All they key places to go are within walking distance. The staff are very well trained . The hotel was built with incredible attention to detail. The rooftop bar is also very nice. Beds are very comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the perfect location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us with everything from train tickets to dinner reservations and directions for sightseeing. Truly a beautiful place and a gorgeous city!

This is a beautiful luxury hotel that is outstanding in every way. There are Lladro porcelain figures and vases throughout. The rooftop bar has nice views and the property is centrally located in the old city. Good site seeing, restaurants and shops abound within a 2km radius of the hotel. I would stay again. It is a very romantic setting.

The location was central to everything in the city and made walking a breeze. The staff were so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent. The rooftop bar was a delight and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Palacio Vallier. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and what really made the difference was how kind and attentive everyone was. The whole team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for making our time in Valencia so special. We can’t wait to come back.

The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and the fresh flowers made it feel especially welcoming. However, we had to carry our own luggage to the room.
The breakfast service was excellent, but the food was good.
The views of the Cathedral of Santa Maria from both the room and the bar on the fifth floor were wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Whilst the hotel is beautiful and in a great location it did not feel like a five star hotel at all.
The food at breakfast was not a buffet it was a menu where you could order as much as you like. However, the quality just was not there, often being served ready made items. The menu also became very monotonous after a week.
The room was also extremely dark during the day and the bathroom felt cramped with no where to hang a towel etc.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean but I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
