“The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment with a pullout sofa. It was spacious with good amount of space on the balcony. One recommendation that I have for an apartment that size, maybe to leave a small broom inside the room. Because after visiting the beach especially with little kids we brought in sand. And it was all over the place. When the housecleaning claim, the floors still didn’t appear to be vaccumed. I would have swept the floor……

“My niece and I had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Bassa. It was very clean and lovely. The staff (especially Ana) were extremely helpful with questions before and during our stay and with reserving a taxi for our trip afterward to the airport. The location right off the beach at Playa de Arenas also was a lot of fun and convenient. I did wish that the rooms were sound proofed, as there's a nightclub nearby that played loud music through the evening and until about 2am. The hotel provides ear……

“I had very bad experiences stay at this hotel, the person next to my room spoke very loudly and I wake up at 0;10am and sleep again at 4;00am. There is no restaurant for breakfast. I don't think I will stay here again.”

“Large room with see view. Free parking but far away to the city. The food in the restaurant is good but the waiter unhappy because I order the special price dinner set. It should be influence the overall performance.”
