"The room was nice… the only reason for fewer stars… taking a hot shower at 2am and the alarm goes off. We call the front desk to be told it’s a heat sensor! Maintenance is on the way…20 minutes later never showed… it finally went off from fanning it! "

"The room was nice and clean. Towels were big and soft. Staff was friendly. We ate at the Italian restaurant’s bar. Bartender was friendly but the food was burnt. The only problem we had with the room was the air wouldn’t get below 72 degrees and we like to sleep at 68 so we didn’t sleep very well."

"After seeing other mostly positive reviews, we stayed here for a night. It was uncomfortable, smelled bad, poor condition and staff was indifferent. I recommend staying elsewhere even if it costs more. We just wanted a place to sleep and shower and it fell short of what we expected for the cost. "

"The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They were very good with directions, also. (Princess and Laquisha were their names, I think.) Breakfast was a buffet. Food was fresh with fresh fruit available. Room was spacious and clean with ample towels and washcloths."
