“This is an awesome house for a large family. We visited with 5 toddlers and tween. The tween had fun kayaking, fishing, playing table tennis and pool. The adults lived the fact that the toddlers (who wake up at 6am) could not be heard anywhere in the house in they were in the basement. Everyone was happy. Loved the sun room! The view was amazing and was close enough to a grocery store. Amazing property!!!!”

“If historical architecture is your thing then this is the place for you! This house was gorgeous and historical while still being very comfortable and functional. There were a few minor things different from the description but all for the better due to the updates and improvements the owner has made. We had a great time shopping and eating downtown at places that were all within walking distances and enjoying the views of the other historical houses surrounding this location on our stroll. We……

The dock was great and my only suggestions would be if you plan on brining a boat, like we did, bring a few extra bumpers for tying up you boat. The neighbor is quiet and the ramp is just down the road from the house. Everything was clean, well kept and perfect for out family vacation. We will definitely be back again!”

There are places to hang out in small groups and the common areas are comfortable for everyone to be together. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Lots to do inside (game room) and outside (pool, hot tub, lake).”

“15 ladies enjoyed a wonderful long girls weekend at Floatin and Boatin. The kitchen is well stocked, there was plenty of space indoors and outdoors for relaxing and lots of laughter. Just minutes to Rosemont Winery and Shady Shack. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.”

“The property has a great view of the lake. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends and family. Game room was a big hit for the kids. We didnt get to go to the lake because it was raining just about the whole trip. The house is in great condition just in need of a deep cleaning. Overall we would stay again.”
