"I’ve stayed at Comfort Inn’s before and have loved it, that’s why I sought one out in that area. Unfortunately, we were surprised to find that it was the home to many low income residents and or homeless, several of whom were all hanging out in the entrance and lobby. Besides the scraped and chipping paint on the walls and ceiling and doors, the floor grout in the bathroom looked like a 5 year old did the work. Also, when the friend I was traveling with went out later that night for a cigarette there was a used condom in the elevator on the hand rail. Needless to say we were very disappointed and had we not been traveling all day, would’ve left."

"I checked in she asked for credit card & id which I gave it to her & her name is Jennifer. She gave me my cards back and told me to insert my credit card then turns around & ask me is that a credit card. I bush that off got my room key went to the room before entering the room there was a dirty wine class by my door. Goes in the room it smell like smoke. Then the view was of more the street then the water. I went back downstairs stairs to tell Jennifer what’s the problem & she stared to me that the hotel is booked and the only had one more room that was a queen bed that faced the streets. Went to that room that room was just as bad. I couldn’t go down again to change it because I was running late to my event got back late so I couldn’t complain but I did make a complaint this morning to the night audit name Rese she stated that she will send an email to her manager about my issues. I will never stay there again nor recommend anyone to that hotel. "

"We stayed here on a Saturday night to go see a Flyers game. The location is ideal for sporting events. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the arena super convenient parking is free. We arrived around noon and we were told our room was ready but in order to get access to it we were going to have to pay $50 for early check-in. We declined and waited an hour and a half and got into our room. It seems silly that the room is available and they try to up charge you. Overall, the casino is clean. It was a cool place to hang out. We did go to Gino’s sandwich shop. I would not recommend it. The kids behind the counter look like they could care less about cleanliness and most of the meat and mayonnaise looked like it had been sitting out all day. My friend took a chance and bought a sandwich there and then ended up getting food poisoning that night. "
