"Isabelle Michel and family were incredible hosts! We had the opportunity to have a 5 course Provençal dinner with Isabelle and her family made with all local ingredients from the area. It was a beautiful meal with great conversation and felt like we got a true taste of the food and people that make Provence so unique. "Initially my husband was worried that the hotel room was a little dated however it was really clean, had a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities and was lovely and quiet with a lovely shower in the bathroom. Everything we needed for a stay in Gap and a lovely half an hour walk into the old town along a lovely pedestrian walkway. Ate at the Indian restaurant Sartaj in town- amazing food!
