No bottles of water in the room, nor drinking glasses. In a country where one can’t drink the tap water, you would think that there would be bottled water provided. Upon requesting, one could get water from a large jug in the kitchen. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, so had to go to “front desk” to ask for one. The “standard” room was very bare bones, but clean at least. Staff was friendly.

A varias cuadras del centro pero cerca de la calzada de los frailes, eso es lo destacable. El hotel tiene lo necesario no esta mal pero podría estar mejor (y en las fotos se ve mucho mejor de lo que está), la ubicación no es la mejor pero no es mala, fachada y recepción bonitas, habitación lo necesario para descansar y seguir turisteando, no hay TV y eso es bueno ya que permite dormir y descansar pronto, no me hicieron la limpieza tampoco preguntaron si querían que la hicieran tal vez no incluye no lo se. Cama no es cómoda pero tampoco horrible, los precios son muy buenos, incluyen "desayuno" si a una taza de cafe, una fruta y un pan poco apetitoso le pueden llamar desayuno, yo diría que en las mañanas hay cafe, fruta y pan pero no un desayuno como tal, es preferible salir a desayunar a algún lugar local No es mal hotel pero es caso de regresar a Valladolid preferiría probar otros. La atención en recepción siempre fue buena y amable.

A great find. We travel to Valladolid often and try different hotels each time to find our "perfect" return to place. We have just found it. Great location. We walk to all our favorite restaurants from here. Great value. Super clean. Quiet at night. Good mattress. Breakfast is as advertised, coffee fruit baked goods. Lovely little wine cellar with some interesting and very reasonably priced Spanish wines.

Casa Pakal is a little gem of a hotel with an excellent location close to the famous street Calzada de los Frailes. The staff are helpful, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the price was great.

There was a bright light in front of the window, the drapes were too thin, I had to throw the towels over the drapes to make it less bright, otherwise everything was good.

colazione scarsa e dovevi anche lavare i piatti che usavi. Poca flessibilità, abbiamo chiesto se era possibile anticipare di 10 minuti ma ci hanno detto di no. Camera senza neanche una sedia. Solo 2 asciugamani per la doccia, non era presente asciugamani per le mani.

La struttura è carina. Il personale di reception molto gentili e attenti a tutte le esigenze del cliente. La colazione é molto povera, una mattina alle 07.50 doveva ancora arrivare l’addetta alla preparazione (la colazione era dalle 07.00). Mancano cose essenziali in camera, come il phone e la Televisione, ci sono solo due asciugamani, però nel complesso la stanza era molto carina. Dintorni della struttura ottimi, è comodissima anche per il parcheggio.

Bon petit hotel dans l'ensemble. Il n'y a pas vraiment de petit déjeuner, pain, pommes, bananes et c'est tout. Par contre il y a un accès à une cuisine commune dans laquelle vous pouvez préparer vos propres repas. Bon rapport qualité-prix dans l'ensemble.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. A cute little hotel in the middle of Valladolid. Kids loved the pool. No tvs so it was nice to connect plying cards and relaxing.
