Amazing property. Very spacious. All amenities. Great location. The pool was a great addition. The beds are very very uncomfortable. They really need an update. I did not look forward to getting onto the mattress every night.

Location, pool, house, lots of utensils and facilities in the house.Mimi the cleaner was very helpful and friendly Check in times weren',t great, and lots of paperwork to fill out before arrivalThe trash situation in the house is very badly done. We were diligent with taking out the various recycling, but we still had trash to remove and there is no good instructions on where to put this trash in the village. I spent an hour wandering around the village looking for a place to put it and I',m still not sure I did it right. This was all under the threat of 150 euros if we didn',t. It should be an easier process than how it',s set up now

Meget dårlig senge, manglende brusevæg/forhæng flere stede. Bruser totalt kalket til på flere badeværelser. Ingen parasol der kunne slås op. Ingen modtagelse. Håndklæde gamle og stive som sandpapir. Det er nu 5 gang vi har lejet hus på Mallorca i samme prisklasse, aldrig har det været så dårligt

Séjour en famille très agréable malgré des conditions, notamment climatiques assez mouvementées. Les dégâts occasionnés par ces perturbations ont été signalées à l'hôte dont la correspondante a été très réactive mais dont l'engagement d'un passage de correspondants locaux n'a jamais vu le jour (pas même un rappel téléphonique).La villa est magnifique et idéalement située dans un des plus beaux villages de Majorque, idéalement situé en termes d'infrastructures pour sillonner toute l'île.

Leider kein guter Start in die Saison

Es gab verschiedene Kritikpunkte und hinsichtlich einem Hauptpunkt versuchen wir derzeit noch eine Klärung. Auszugsweise: Die angegebene Adresse war ungenau, sodass wir zunächst am falschen Haus standen, und die Agentur war am Anreisetag über die Festnetznummer nicht während der benannten Bürozeiten erreichbar. Dass dies an Feiertagen nicht gelten sollte, wussten wir nicht und ergab sich auch nicht aus den Unterlagen. Achtung: Die Notfallnummer steht sehr weit unten in einer E-Mail. Ob das transparente VerbraucheiInformationen sind, muss ggf. noch an anderer Stelle bewertet werden. Wir fanden sie zunächst allerdings nicht, was vielleicht auch mit der Aufregung zusammen hing, zu 6. an einer Straße zu stehen und zu merken, dass der mitgeteilte Code (da falsches Haus) nicht funktionierte. Nachdem wir nach einiger Aufregung endlich im richtigen Haus ankamen, bemerkten wir, dass der für die Anmietung entscheidend gewesene Pool nicht einsatzbereit war (noch verschlossen und noch nicht nach dem Winter gereinigt). Es sollte leider mehrere Tage dauern, bis er zur Nutzung freigegeben wurde. Das Haus grenzt zudem direkt an einen häufig befahrenen bzw. beparkten Parkplatz, auf den man u.a. von der Terrasse und dem Balkon schaut. Das hätte man mit der richtigen Adresse ggf. im Voraus gewusst...und auch wissen wollen. Ob das auf den aktuellen Fotos nunmehr besser ersichtlich ist, sollte jeder potentielle Mieter selbst prüfen. In Summe leider keine schöne Erfahrung.
