“Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed……

“Sehr schöne Finca mit tollem Pool und sehr schönen Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus. Top Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kommt an und fühlt sich wohl. Sehr gute Lage, Meer und Aussichtsziele in einer halben Stunde erreichbar.”

“Tolles Haus, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick nach Palma. Wer ganz viel Ruhe braucht und mag, ist hier genau richtig, man hört nur mal die Ziegen von weiten. 30min braucht man nach Palma City, bergauf sind es ca 15min, teilweise Single-Track bis zum Haus. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, reichlich Handtücher für Bad und für den Pool.Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber trotzdem war die Temperatur angenehm. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt daneben, aber man bekommt sie überhaupt nicht mit, sind aber da, wenn……

“The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Easy to find, a great base and also perfect for chilling by the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants a short drive. Loved the resident cat and chickens that roam around. A car is essential for staying here. Loads of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable, kitchen really well equipped and plenty of board games. We did have a lot of mosquito bites which is obviously not the property fault but bring plenty of repellent. It is a perfect……

“Die Finca hielt was sie versprach, die Anlage war gepflegt und der Pool riesig. Neben dem Pool war vor allem das separate Speisehaus ein Highlight. Wir haben sieben wundervolle Tage in der Finca verbracht und noch nie solch nette Vermieter gehabt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und schnell vor Ort, wenn wir etwas benötigten.”
