“The hotel is very good, and the shuttle to the ski slopes makes things much easier, so you don’t need to drive there—which would be terrible during peak season. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only downside of the hotel is the optional 5% tip; for a five-star hotel, it puts you in an awkward position at check-out. In addition, it introduces a “tip culture” that is not standard in Europe.”

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich, wir wurden gefragt wie unsere Anreise war und ob sie uns besonders behilflich sein können. Wir hatten einen Doppelzimmer gebucht wurden allerdings Upgegradet, haben einen hervorragendes Zimmer (Suite) bekommen. Uns wurden alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels erklärt. Bei dieser Gelegenheit möchten wir uns besonders und sehr herzlich bei der freundlichen……

“This is a nice 3 stars hotel, clean and with all basic facilities in room, a bit old. The staff was very nice and helpful. I am apreciated the free coffee and tea are provided all day long, perfect for a retreat after skiing. Good location that close to pila ski and big supermarket just next to the hotel”

“Lovely staff. Beautiful rooms, large superking bed…bed was very firm but still a good quality bed. . The only negative was that our neighbours allowed their dog to bark constantly day and night… and the staff said they couldn’t come to an agreement with them… as in make them move rooms! We love dogs, we have our own but they are well behaved. If I’d have been shouting outside my neighbors room I’m sure I would have been told to shut up, so how is this ”

“far away from the downtown. mountain view is very limited. but breakfast is very good.”

“Comfortable clean room with all you need for a good rest after TMB hike. Very close to the bus terminal and the town. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.”
