「This hotel is still in the 70’s. No AC. Cracked tiles and stains on the carpets beds linens and curtains. Never again and then the audacity to charge people $200.」

「The hotel is stunning and service is amazing and very attentive - one small detail ; we booked room on second level specifically for the view but unfortunately there was a strong smell of sewage so we were moved to lower room - while they tried to fix it and move us back to the original room, it still smelled of strong chemicals - unfortunately we didn’t get any type of compensation for the inconvenience.」

「Solamente lleven tapones para los oídos, ya que hay un bar en seguida y viernes y sábado es algo ruidoso el bar, con los tapones se soluciona.」

「Being able to check in way past after midnight was helpful as our flight landed close to midnight, it helped that we had a reservation so our room was ready for us regardless of when we got there, but not having to worry about whether there was a room available was a weight off our shoulders」

「Todo muy confortable.!! Gracias por el servicio prestado.!!」

「The Bellman, Geronimo, was extremely helpful to us. He was always available to translate for us as we do not speak Spanish. He assisted with communication with food delivery people and uber drivers.」
