“Casona Moya is in a very good location in the centre, close yo shops and restaurants. The place is big and comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful. The kitchen has everything necessary and there is a large communal area with tables and chairs, table tennis, football and pool. The staff are friendly, helpful and flexible. Highly recommended.”

“Fantastisch hotel, gerund door een Peruaanse familie. Echte aanrader. Goed gelegen, en gevestigd in een mooi historisch koloniaal huis. De service tijdens ons verblijf was uitmuntend. We hebben dat op een bijzondere manier mogen ervaren. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, en veel extra hulp toen mijn vrouw ziek werd. Nog zeer veel dank daarvoor! We hopen nog eens terug te komen naar Arequipa. We zullen dan zeker weer een kamer boeken bij El Balcon.”

“The staff was kind and helpful. We arrived at 5.30 and they offered us a room of half price to settle down. They took care of your needs. Breakfast was good. The premises was big and beautiful. Most importantly, the main entrance was always locked and monitored by a CCTV.”

“All the staff have been extremely welcoming and kind. The level of hospitality they try and provide here is actually top-notch for this area. Our hotel room is very clean and very presentable with a wonderful large Jacuzzi in the suite. It’s very walkable and close to the main Central Square, which is convenient.
