“Absolutely loved staying here. The Loft was super comfortable with plenty of room for 6+ people. The management was very friendly and attentive. We will be back! ”

“The Leland House exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Durango. The check-in is very easy and the communication from the staff is excellent. I, whole heartedly, recommend the Leland House!”

“The cabin was cozy. Of course we stayed during December and so there wasn’t much to do there at the location. But overall it was peaceful and wouldn’t mind staying there again. The staff were very friendly and responded to messages quickly. ”

“The condo was very comfortable and well situated. The communication with the property manager was very good and prompt. We expressed a concern with the comfort of the pullout bed in the couch and the manager said it would be taken care of.”

“If the back yard would have been clean and the back screen and door fit it would have been nice to have that back yard. The extra blanket was filthy If the bathroom and laundry room was finished off looks to be still under construction. Both were scary. What about that drive way? VERY DANGERIOUS Parking very dangerious. Should not be used in the winter time. Bed was comfortable but not a queen a double to small. The kitchen was cute and very nice. The cleaner didn't reach above her head……

“Perfect for our 4 night stay with our elementary aged kids. Great location! Property was clean, quiet, and well equipped.”

“Very beautiful place will definitely stay here again”

“House was good for the price. Easy communication with host. Only problem was dirty dishes that had to be washed before we used! Nice house if you want to be disconnected very poor phone service.”

“This clean and comfortable studio was a fortunate find. The location is beautiful and was fun to explore as I was not familiar with the town of Bayfield. Nick, the host, was very easy to work with.”

“The place is very small. Very clean. The bed was on a platform that was very high. Once in the bed, it was very comfortable My 6 ft husband had no problem getting in, but it was very difficult for me to get in and out of the bed. The space heater was helpful. No central or baseboard heating. Got cold last night. Not fancy. But easy to get to. Nice surroundings for a one night stay.”

“If you are a germ phob do not go there if you have allergies to dogs don't go there if you want a less expensive place to stay this is your place the person I dealt with had immediate communication there is zero cell phone service in that area so download your information for the code to the door and Wi-Fi password before you get there we had to drive into town twice to get our information to get settled in and get internet.”

“Great Stay in DurangoWe really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very nice, comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well stocked. It was obvious that thought had been put into making sure guests have what they need, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time in Durango. One thing I would mention simply for the benefit of future guests is the number of steps required to access the property. They are certainly manageable for most people, but it is a significant climb and could be……

“My host was responsive to my request and offered suggestions for local restaurants.”

“Our family enjoyed this cozy cabin! It was the perfect summer escape from the desert heat. The master bed was very comfortable, and our kids had a great time feeding the fish and using the small kayak on the pond. The hosts provided a surplus of towels for us to use during our stay. The cabin is conveniently located just minutes from the General Store and close to the lake and nearby streams. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus! A few things to know before your stay: there isn’t a microwave or ice……

“Clean, well equipped and very peaceful place in the country. WiFi was strong and thankful to have central AC since the weather was in the 90s every day. It cooled off at night and there was a great view of the Milky Way from the deck.”

“The host was available to answer questions. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable.”

“I'm still not clear whether this was a Vacasa or VRBO reservation. I checked in at 4:00 and was instructed to use a code to enter the building; no code was provided, which was not a problem since the door to the building was unlocked. However, when I returned later that evening, the building was inaccessible. I contacted Vacasa who sent the check-in instructions and they informed me that they no longer were managing the property???? So they could not help me. We had to wait outside for 30……
