These exclusive holiday apartments are situated on a hill in the village of La Ciaccia (in the municipality of Valledoria), not far from the sea (just 300 m).

The holiday apartments (starting with Type K plus, all equipped with 2 bathrooms: each with a sink, bidet, shower, and toilet) are spacious and feature a garden and, depending on the location, either a furnished terrace or a furnished balcony with a sea view.

In keeping with our family’s philosophy, all holiday apartments were designed and built with great attention to detail.

The wide range of options extends from comfortable one-bedroom apartments for 2 people (Type K mono), two-bedroom holiday apartments for 3 people (double bedroom plus living room with a sofa bed: Type K) to 3-room holiday apartments for 3–4 people (= 2 double bedrooms plus living room: Type K plus), 3-room holiday apartments for 5–6 people (= 2 double rooms plus a living room with a double sofa bed: Type L), 4-room holiday apartments for 5–6 people (= 2 double rooms, 1 single room plus a living room with a double sofa bed: Type L Plus) all the way to 5-room holiday apartments for 8 people (= 3 or 4 double bedrooms plus a living room with a double sofa bed: Type M or M Plus).

All accommodation is high-quality and tastefully furnished in the Sardinian style and fully equipped.

The Solevacanze holiday apartments also feature air conditioning, which provides welcome coolness in the summer and cosy warmth in the winter, as well as satellite TV and a washing machine.

The spacious outdoor area also offers guests the opportunity to barbecue. Privacy is also ensured on the garden terrace or balcony.

We also offer internet access (Wi-Fi) in the lounge at our reception desk.

Within walking distance, you’ll find 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, a tabacchi (magazines and tobacco products), 4 bars, a church, an ice cream shop, 2 playgrounds, and, of course, the local sandy beach, which stretches for nearly 15 km to the east. To the west, you’ll also find a rocky coastline (ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving).

Thanks to the holiday apartments’ quiet yet central location—nestled in a beautiful landscape—you can enjoy not only relaxation on-site but also a variety of interesting activities throughout Sardinia.

About 500 m away is one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches in the north of our island, Sardinia.

The main town of Valledoria (in the centre of Sardinia’s north coast) is 3 km away and offers numerous shops, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy, medical specialists, and supermarkets. In both La Ciaccia and Valledoria, all facilities are open year-round.

In less than 20 minutes by car, you’ll find numerous fascinating beaches, charming, typical Sardinian villages, countless reminders of an impressive history, and picturesque natural scenery.
