「Very nice and pleasant staff that are willing to go above and beyond. The host is a kind and considerate individual (Joseph) that is always trying to make sure you are having a wonderful time. The owner ( Vanessa ) compliments the stay entirely making sure that you have the most memorable time . Together all things considered it is truly a Five star experience.」

「Staffs were wonderful.. Hazel and crew. Were very nice.. However: my booked rooms roof was leaking. Second room#5 was the best. The third nights room had smells and had to climb to my sleeping area. Middle of the night had to find my way down to the washroom going steep stairwells….」

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...

「In the centre of Valletta and walking distance from main bus station. This hotel has one of the most welcoming and helpful staff we've ever seen. The room with sea view is excellent and is definitely worth the extra price (it is spacious and even comes with a tradition Maltese Balcony!). Breakfast is also the best we had during our week long stay in Malta. 9.5/10」

「A stunning hotel in the centre of Valletta. The staff were so wonderful and inviting from the moment I arrived. I was fortunate as arrived at 11am and my room was ready. The rooms, hotel facilities including swimming pool were perfect. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. Location is also perfect and Valletta is walkable - it was just a short taxi ride to other locations in the south of the island. Plenty of food and drink options a short way from the hotel」
