“Brandie is an awesome host. She sent the super easy check in and access process via email ahead of our stay. Having the address, door code and parking information made for a smooth arrival for all of us coming from different locations. The house has large bedrooms so everyone could spread out in their own space and come together in the living room to share meals and laughs. We were visiting family on opposite sides of Topeka so the central location of this home made for quick access to get……

“The host Deb was very responsive and helpful with check-in. The house was clean when we arrived. There were also fresh baked cookies for us. We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in for changing prior to our event, the host was very accommodating. ***One thing for the host to check out is a possible clogged plumbing vent as there is noise in the kitchen sink after flushing the downstairs toilet.”

“This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle of every day life and enjoy some peace and quiet. It's like very high end camping. We saw deer in the yard on 2 different occasions and there is lots of room outdoors for children to ride bikes and play outdoor games. The swingset was a hit with our toddlers and babies and the trails were enjoyed by the teens. We enjoyed the spacious porches, beautifully decorated house and all the thoughtful amenities the host prepared for us. We didn't mind……

“It was a great place to stay. Went to Perry Lake one day and Topeka zoo the next day. Close enough to both places and still enjoyed the place. Lots of things to do in the game room.”
