"Asked for early check in, room was not even ready for normal check in time so I had to go to my event and check in after 10pm. Staff was pretty nonchalant about my inconvenience. Fortunately my friend's room was ready so I could get dressed in her room."

"The outdoor and pool area is pretty! I’ve been a couple of times in the pool. Water doesn’t seem to be heated, and it’s always very murky. Inside the lobby is a nice spacious area, but there is raggedy and outdated carpet throughout. The price for the room overnight doesn’t seem to match up with what they offer. There’s an extra charge for parking which was unexpected. Both times I checked by the bar the drinking water was empty, which requires guests to pay $3 for a small water bottle. Overall, my stay was OK for the purpose of my trip, but would not necessarily recommend."
