"From the moment of our arrival, everything at this hotel was a luxurious, pleasant moment. Our room was spacious enough for three, with a beautiful little balcony with a table, chairs and umbrella onto the lake. Breakfast was delicious and our steak dinner was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were wonderful, caring and helpful as well as professional and kind at all times. The options of ways that food was served were quite fun. We also enjoyed having access to some flotation devices to use in the lake and the options of hiring a kayak, in paddle board or paddle boat as well. We will definitely return! It's good to know though that the last boat leaves the dock close by at 4:00 p.m. If you want to go to the island and do the walk of silence."

"Beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean room with TWO verandas! The location felt very relaxed and safe. Hosts were very helpful with changing our reservation and helping us with everything we needed. Breakfast was also fantastic. Definitely recommend for your stay in Baveno!"

"What a perfect spot! The hotel is so perfectly located in Omegna. It is near the boat and the center of town. The staff were friendly and kind. we had a great room with a great view. Breakfast was served which was appreciated. The only little catch was that the internet did not work in the room. However, we went to the lobby where it worked perfectly, so it worked out. Can't say enough about how great our experiences in Omegna was at Croce Bianca."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Wohnung.Sehr gut gelegen zwischen dem Orta See und dem Lago Maggiore, die man beide schnell erreichen kann. Und auch den deutlich kleineren See Mergozzo können wir sehr empfehlen, ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und schöne öffentliche Badestrände, sogar ein Abschnitt für Hunde.Die Wohnung war großartig, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt: gute Zimmeraufteilung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, und vor allem eine schöne große Terrasse, die mit Markisen sehr gut verschattet werden konnte. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, vom Wäscheständer für die nassen Strandklamotten bis hin zu einem Fernseher, bei dem wir uns mit unserem netflix Account anmelden konnten.Unser Hund war sehr willkommen, was uns immer wichtig ist.Der gesamte Balkon/Terrassen-Bereich war eingezäunt, so dass unser hund sich immer frei bewegen konnte ohne abhauen zu können.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert, immer schnelle Antworten und Hilfe.Wir kommen gerne wieder"
