I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."

"This is a great property. Kitchen is very nice and has everything you need to make meals. It is spacious. The games are a real plus especially when kids need to take a break. The sleds and snowball maker were an unexpected surprise and a plus. Chester Creek and the view was also a nice plus. A great home base for exploring Anchorage! Karley was a great communicator. "
