“Room dirty, and disgusting. We had to clean it when we moved in”

“無論裝修, 佈置, 職員, 食物都是一流, 特別感謝一位男職員, 替我們拿重重的行李上樓梯, 還有碰面時親切的問侯,熱心的幫忙,令 我感覺到他是非常專業兼熱愛工作的人。整間酒店的佈置裝修都非常有心思, 一流的品味, 餐廳的食物賣相及味道, 真令我感動, 多謝廚師用心烹調。 房間寧靜舒服, 整潔程度滿分, 可見整間酒店的員工都很專業。酒店設施我給４分是如有個雪櫃就更加好了。”

“This property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards it’s the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe.”

“I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming. Due to the issues leading up to this point, I ended up booking somewhere else as just did not……

“Arrived slightly earlier than check in and was told the room was not ready but to help ourselves to tea and coffee. Greeted by Mateus....very very very helpful and friendly, credit goes to Mateus. There is no air con at the hotel and the lift was broken at the time, we were lucky only staying on the first floor. That is the only negative to this review. Staff was all round amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. Always working hard and it was busy! Credit to all your staff that was working……

“Absolutely unfit for rental. No bulbs in lamps. No towels. Only boiling water in the shower - unable to take a shower. We had to go to lesure centre to be able to shower. Never again.”
