“The hotel was perfect for what we needed (an affordable place to stay and within walking distance of temple bar). The staff were polite and helpful when checking in and out. There are usb plus right by the bed which are really handy with a small ledge to put your phone. Negative is the lack of storage. There are only 3 hangers on the wall to hang stuff. Would’ve been ideal if there were some drawers or a few extra hooks to store things. Also it was right next to the monorail so was quite noisy……

“2nd time in this hotel but disappointed this time because we paid much more for the same type of room but it was much smaller than last time. The reception staff service varied a lot. Couldn’t understand the reception trainee refused to give us ticket for our three bags left in the conference room initially ‘ because ‘only your bags are in this room’ but we saw other people’s bags as well. She gave us the ticket only when we insisted . Luckily we were taken to the room by a friendly staff when……

“Highly recommend, particularly if going to events at the arena or even the city centre. We had an excellent stay and it was in a fantastic location for 3Arena - right next door. Couldn’t be better! Excellent transport link into city centre within 10-15 minutes via tram outside the accommodation. Supermarket opposite with takeaway food. Big Dunnes stores supermarket within the centre opposite too so plenty of choices to stock up for your stay. Some other coffee and food options nearby too.……

“TV recht klein. Kein Schrank im Zimmer, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Zum Frühstück immer aber wirklich täglich dasselbe. Kein Safe vorhanden aber Lift und Zwischentüren durch Schlüsselkarten gesichert.”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Das Hotel steht in einer sehr guter Lage. Das meiste war super zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Queenszimmer war schön, allerdings lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen und lüften funktioniert nur über die Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück empfand ich als ausreichend, was jedoch nach paar Tagen langweilig wird, da jeden Tag das gleiche angeboten wird. Alles in einem war es dennoch ein guter Aufenthalt.”
