“The property was clean and pretty. Out only problem was that our room was overbooked and they blamed it on Expedia. We had to take what we considered to be a downgrade to a queen double instead of a king bed.”

“Gentlemen ar check was great.Jirdon the lady at night not helpful. Upon check in after being at Beaver Bend Lake we wanted to shower, didn't have any wash clothes. Ftont desk told us they were trying to catch up on laundry. Showered finally and went to dinner.back to hotel at 7pm. No internet wifi, called Jordan she said its an on going issue and usually doesn't last long. Called again and asked if they could restart router since their TV has no live channels only streaming and I needed wifi to……

“Our stay was awful. We had 4 different rooms because each had issues. Ants and a mouse in two of the rooms, no ac in another and no lock on the door to another”

“The desk clerk was great! Very friendly young man. I went into my room, set my keys down, went outside to get my suitcase and locked myself out of the room. The clerk smiled and gladly gave me another key, assuring me that it was okay, it happens all the time.”

“Room was impossible to temp regulate. Either too warm and humid or cold and clammy. Fridge was not working. Electric boxes pulled out of the wall if anything plugged in to them was unplugged. I guess the saying you get what you pay for is very true when it comes to motel rooms.”

“This was an exceptionally clean room, the price was great, the room was over stocked with towels and such things. The pool area was sparkling and had restrooms accessible to swimmers. Breakfast was fresh and fully stocked continuously during breakfast hours. It is a full breakfast, not just preserved items. The price was great and the staff were very courteous. We will be staying again.”

“We chose not to stay because of the hotel's overall appearance. My husband is a disabled veteran and there was no elevator and we had quite a few pieces of luggage. The front desk lady was very polite and said that she would give us a $50 refund. My husband told her that we would try to find another hotel. We did. My husband went back and told the front desk lady that we had found another hotel. She said that she would give us a full refund but it is not showing yet on our online bank account.……

“It had some good, some not as good. Room was clean, bed was decent, good pressure in the shower and it was quiet. AC was slow to cool and kept it close to comfortable but that’s all it could manage. Coffee maker in the room, weak coffee and the condiments package had dried out sugar and creamer. No vending machines on the property that I saw. That being said, it was comfortable enough and the rate was very good.”

“Very nice hotel, nice design and very nice stay experience. In the casino however, I changed up 400-500 in 20’s like 2 times for $100’s from my business, as I am working from out of town for an event…the 3rd time they tried to ID me and refused to change a measly $400 in 20’s, at a casino no less, as if I was the cartel trying to launder money. I know they aren’t really accustomed to people actually taking money out of a casino…..but it was somewhat offensive for a customer staying in……

“Yes . The manager was very nice and helpful . The breakfast was ok . I did like area . It was a peaceful stay . And great staff . I will highly recommend this location.”

“The cabin is so beautiful and has great amenities. There were a few things that were broken that would have been better if they weren’t but they were all still usable. The host was prompt when I needed to communicate anything. The hot tub was amazing and the surrounding woods were beautiful. ”
