“The hotel itself may be okay, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I literally woke up with back pain after sleeping there. A good night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations from any hotel, and unfortunately the mattress quality was very poor. I hope the management takes this seriously and replaces or upgrades the beds, because it really affected my stay.”

“I got my first flag of the property when I got into the lift which had a carpet, which looks liked it has not been cleaned in the last 1 year, I had to lift my bag as I was not comfortable with putting my bag on the floor.
Then came the room, it was a large room. but had super musty smell. There two towels on the bed rolled up, they were white maybe a few years ago - all stained and looked like I should not be touching it.
I had asked for iron when I checked in and the guy delivered it when……
