“Great space. I enjoyed being by the quieter pool. A bit of a walk to the beach but not bad. Cozy beds. Well stocked kitchen.”

“This was our second time staying at a property owned by the host. The host has wonderful communication, extremely well kept properties, and reasonable investment from us for the accommodations. We would definitely recommend this host to others and would certainly want to stay at this hosts properties again in the future.”

“Best stay in Destin. 2nd time we have stayed here. Nice, safe, clean walk to the new Noriega boardwalk to watch fireworks.Kitchen has a coffee maker for ground coffee and keurig side in a cute coffee nook. Kitchen also has a complimentary spice rack stocked with a wide variety so you don’t have to haul a lot from store if you like to cook and only need a little. But, no garlic, but no problem:-).Can’t say enough positive comments about this place.”

“Really comfortable and quiet location. Apartment is in a great location on the property. We didn’t visit the pool, because we had a whole ocean and beach to enjoy.”

“Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! This condo is actually ocean view, we thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to the waves and dolphins each morning and evening. The condo was clean and orderly, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends!”

“The staff at the property comes off a bit rude. I understand the idea of the parking pass but writing my room number on my parking pass that I have to hang on my rear view mirror or place it on my dash board was a safety concern to me. The unit I stayed in was pretty clean, beds were comfy…. A few cabinets were loose, the bathroom sinks take forever to drain…a few more other minor concerns. The host offered to fix the minor issues but I declined for it to be fixed during my stay.”

“The beach view was beautiful!! Loved the location to also see the city view from the 16th floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes which we appreciated it so much!! The bed was very comfortable and the condo is completely decorated in a beach theme. We definitely recommend anyone to stay in this condo! The only drawback was the construction going on which was still going on our floor and a lot on the outside. ”
