Located on the 2nd floor of a residence just a few minutes from the beach, this renovated 40 m² duplex with sea view is ideal for a seaside stay in Valras-Plage. With 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it offers all the comfort needed for up to 4 guests. It is also available on a mobility lease between October and April.

• Surface area: 40 m² duplex on the 2nd floor (no lift)
• Bedroom 1: separate bedroom for more privacy
• Bedroom 2: mezzanine open to the living room
• Bright living room with access to a small balcony offering a sea view
• Open-plan equipped kitchen with:
o Fridge & freezer
o Oven & microwave
o Induction hob
o Dishwasher
o Coffee maker, toaster, kettle
