“A very spacious house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owner, cleaning person, and pool maintenance person were all very accommodating.”

“This location has a large yard and great backyard area for gathering. I had a small baby shower and the location and parking was great for local guests to find. Property pictures are accurate and communication was great!”

“My friends and I had a very peaceful stay at this location. We work over nights and sleep during the day. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and allowed us to rest as needed. The pool was nice to relax on and even cooked on the available grill a few times.”

“Stayed here for a month and it was beautiful. The outdoor area was wonderful. Outdoor Furniture further from the slider is in really poor shape and not really usable, so we only used the one table just at the slider. Needed some more attention to cleaning the pool deck and doing something with the kids stuff for the pool as it was just in a dirty heap at the foot of the stairs outside Overall our month long stay was wonderful and I would recommend this home highly. The people in the neighborhood……

“Our group of 4 couples stayed a long weekend at this rental for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Location was close to venue, Tampa Riverwalk, Ybor City and neighboring St Pete. Kitchen/common area was large and had plenty of seating to spread out, perfect for our group. Anthony was very thorough in his communications and quick with responses. Would stay here again.”

“The space was private, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Communication was perfect. I absolutely loved it! (I kinda wish that the ice maker in the fridge had been working, and a hair dryer in the bath would have been much appreciated... But these were minor points, and they did not make my stay any less enjoyable at all.)”
