「The property is a little out of the way, which makes it better for those looking for a quite place. All the rooms are big enough and comfortable, the swimming pool is excellent, the kitchen is a hit, and to top all that, the hostess couldn't be better. I think that I would visit San Juan de la Maguana again just to stay at Nery's for a couple of days.」

「This property is terrible. Our host was awful, the villa was outdated and dirty. The living room and kitchen were so hot you could barely stay in there past 5 min. The food was DISGUSTING. They tried to sell us a timeshare which was never disclosed. There were bedbugs in our villa and no phone to communicate with our host. There were locals there on day passes for majority of our stay and they crowded the pools, bars and buffets. The nice restaurants required pants, which no one told us about...
