“We reserved the Royal Suites for our second day in teh Puerto Plata area. The first day we stayed at Casa Colonial and it was awsome! At Lifestyles from the begining even checking in was painful, there were a lot of people we had to wait to check in and then wait for the room to be ready. Once we got to the room we were very dissapointed it was not what is advertised in the pictures on the web site, in fact it was old, not kept up to date. “we spent two hours checking in (our room was not ready at the time we arrived...so they said) and then when we did check in...it was so much paper work to fill out and crap to take care...fees to pay in case of.... that when we were finally handed the keys, it was the wrong rooms with someone else's name attached. At that point we were done with this property and called another property close who took us in with half the hassle.”
