It was fine. Amenities okay. Small beach on the property. Larger beach further away. Unfortunately conditions during our stay made swimming forbidden. Buffet was okay — actually better than a more expensive resort we stayed at but nothing special.

Amazing 100/10. It was clean, big, and so many activities, the staff are very attentive and there is a variety of pools for babies. I stayed at the VIP junior suite and I couldn’t be happier. The food had so much variety and many restaurants to go to.

Bar had some bubbly cider wine thing 2%
Sprite coke and bubbly water
Room wasn’t clean asked to be cleaned 4 times and didn’t clean it so I didn’t than I got them to mop it and they were talking rudely towards us thinking we didn’t understand. Loved the drinks- apart from this incident amazing trip and provided extra dinners at restaurants for the inconveniences. I would go again

Suchhhh an amazing experience! I came here for my birthday and had the best time ever! The staff are super fun and cool to be around, the property is beyond gorgeous and the buffet food was fantastic, so many options! The only downside I would say is that the buffet food is better than any of the reservation spots and the 24 hr bar, If not for that I'd give this place a 1000/10! I will definitely be back.

We had a great experience, the beach was beautiful and the food and service were top notch. However, the schedule in the lobby was not accurate and led us astray a few nights with the entertainment.

Clean room, nice staff. Housekeeping was a little weird as they came into my room and took my clean towels and threw down dirty ones onto the floor? I found that odd.
Otherwise great pools and beach access. If I were to do it again I would the ultimate luxury club- seemed more worth it.
Food was a 6/10 and that’s being generous.
Drinks were a 6/10 again being generous but that’s usually what you get for all inclusive.
I will say one of the housekeepers “Maria” was exceptional and very helpful.

So so so fun and absolutely beautiful resort. Only complaints would be that the buildings are not sound proof so it’s always very loud and the fridge in the room does not keep drinks cold. Otherwise amazing!!
