「Entered the property and were pleasantly greeted by sunlight and nicely decorated home. All around wonderful rental with amazing location in central South Haven. Hope we can make it back next year. 」

「This house was in a great location within a short walk to the beach or into town to shop, eat and other festivities. The property was very clean and had plenty of room and space for everyone. It's also a nice quiet area. The property manager was very helpful and communitive. 」

「What an awesome way to reuse an old school building! We enjoyed staying here with all of the amenities and even were able to see the 4th of July parade from the pool patio. We loved being able to walk to most places. We opted to drive to the beach with all of our stuff. If you have a wagon, south beach is walkable. If you ever have plans to sell, our 12 year old son would “live there forever”. Thanks for sharing your place with us!」

「I spent 4 nights at this condo, never got in my car! This location is great if you like to visit both sides of the river. I was able to walk to north beach with my beach chair and bag in tow with minimal to moderate effort. Also walked to north beach for a couple sunsets in the evening with minimal effort and felt very safe walking thru the clean well kept neighborhoods. 「I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

「My wife and I hosted our son and daughter-in-law… Along with our two granddaughters age 3 and five… I was overly impressed with the way this management team handles this property… I have traveled all across United States and spent hundreds of nights in different places and situations… This is our favorite…」

「The location of this condo is 10/10 perfect. The private beach access is ideal. The back patio seating area is great. It’s a very short walk into to town for shopping or lunch. We also enjoy the heated pool. WiFi single was sometimes weak, and may have kept going out (could have been user error too on our end). We didn’t mind though as we try to “unplug” when traveling.
