"Pool and hot tub were both empty. The mattresses were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood and the pillows were like a brick. When we got there we had a wait a while for someone to come to office because the other staff said she was in the bathroom. Also, no complimentary breakfast. You buy off the menu but they were out of eggs and bacon. "

"My girlfriend and I travel multiple times a year with our dogs. This hotel was a 10/10. Very clean, staff was great, they offer snacks and stuff for a quick we bought when we first arrived so we didn’t have to leave. There is a gas station right next door which is nice. This area of Tennessee is completely beautiful and we will definitely be coming back "

"We had a very special stay. Everything we needed was there and more. We will definitely go back for a weekend. I will recommend it to a couple that need a break of the city buzz and to clear and reset your mind. Peace and tranquility for sure! "
