「Nous avons eu un incroyable séjour à l’hôtel Angsana. Parfait pour relaxer, vous avez accès à une piscine sublime et une énorme plage pratiquement à nous seuls. Les employés sont très attentifs au besoin et le buffet est très bien. Le restaurant à la carte est très bien aussi.」

「Tried some couple of services including spa and room services. Both receptionist doesn’t allow me to use credit cards only cash or local payment method (QR pay). On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers」

「Great location about 15 minutes by scooter from Cat Ba town, ideal for exploring the island. Spacious rooms, freshly cooked meals, and scooters available for rent made our stay very convenient.」

「we liked our stay very much omg the stuff were so helpful it was a new years holiday in Vietnam we could not get a car from ninh binh to ha long had so much stress for one hour called the hotel for help within 15 min everything was ok!came to our hotel they offered us free upgrade and larger beds since we were traveling with 3 children , the room was spacious very clean they even prepared welcome fruit and drinks for us our family is so thankful had a wonderful stay happy memories! 」

「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」
