Just I can say Hilton is the best

In one word, it is a perfect hotel, a wonderful hotel with its quality that has not changed for years, it is literally a wonderland, the staff is very hospitable, our choice for years has always been and will always be Hilton.

非常满意。酒店工作人员态度非常好，大多会讲英语。房间服务非常快，30分钟内解决我房间内的各种问题。酒店里看到的凡湖风光也非常美。我会推荐给想去凡城的人。 I am very satisfied. The staffs are friendly and most of them speak good English. They provide quick (within 30 mins). And the hotel is a good place for enjoying lakeview. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to go to Van.

That was not comfortable. Curtain has a problem in the sunrise because it’s not blackout. Air condition bad working also carpet of the room has a bad smell. On my opinion it’s not Hotel Hilton. It’s only name of Hilton. I’m not satisfied. Also, I should write here. I’m an architect. I know everything about Hotel Design. I do design for a laptop Hotel and I live in Dubai. I saw a lot of Best Hotel also normal Hotel on the world but Hilton hotels is not like that

It was great .

There was a problem with room . we had booked non-smoking but the staff offered smoking room . then they changed room . Mr. Deniz help us so much about that issue . anyway our stay was great .

Inaccurate description of hotel - no rooftop terrace, no local shuttle. Also, one rude receptionist (Deniz) who kept asking private questions despite being told not to. Weird rules about using a pool - as a women you need to buy a cap for your hair, which they could not lend you. No free water bottles, you have to pay for them even during breakfast buffet you paid for.

Öncelikle çok araştırıp adı var diye orayı seçtik benim özellikle seçtiğim ve daha fazla para ödediğim teraslı oda fotoğraflardaki gibi asla değildi her yeri açık yan odadakilerle neredeyse yan yana oturmuş gibiydik rahatsız olup içeri geçmek durumunda kaldık. Oda içi idare eder ama asla verilen ücreti hak etmiyor. Bozuk bir ütü ,bozuk bir buz dolabı içine de 2 adet sıcak su koymuşlar gece su istedik 2 suya dünyanın parasını verdik.Madem kullanamayacağız ütü neden dahil ütüsüz kıyafetlerle dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldık.İki gece de düğün ve eğlence vardı zaten iki günlüğüne kafa dinlemeye gittik eşimle hayal kırıklığına uğradık oteli ben seçtim adından dolayı çok temiz ve konforlu bekliyorduk eşime de dalga malzemesi verdim. Uzun uzun yazdım ki düşünen arkadaşlara fikir olsun ona göre seçsinler biz memnun kalmadık.
