「Nicole was quick to respond to queries which is appreciated. The view is nice but most of the furniture shown in the pictures were put away for the winter. I had picked this property so I could sit on the outdoor couch and read so I was disappointed and wish this was communicated before we rented. The property was clean. We found the beds too hard for our liking but you cannot please everyone with the type of bed. There are minimal cooking pots so for someone like me who likes to cook it made...

「We had a lovely stay at Oak and Fern. The suite is spotless and very nicely decorated. It is stocked with everything you could need. I might add a French press or drip coffee machine but otherwise it is the best stocked VRBO I have stayed in! The balcony is spacious and a great place to hang out. The location is convenient for Courtney, Comox and outdoor activities. Check in was a breeze. 」

「This is our second time staying here and again we were extremely happy. As we stayed during Christmas Tom put a tree up for us and also put hooks on the fireplace so we could hang stockings :)The topper for us is when we found a baby gate in the closet!! 「Our reservation for the weekend was cancelled twice by VRBO. The owner of this property, Scott, was extremely helpful. He helped us fund other dates and contacted VRBO to change our reservation.The property is a nice location but we were dissapponted to see that the photos indicated a noce cabin and we got a basement suite with virtually no windows. The front window was covered by a big equipment, the main bedroom window covered with wood making the room totally dark during a super sunny day....

「The cottage is well appointed. There was nothing we would have added to the cottage to make it more comfy or serviceable. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, and the owner (who lives next door) was very friendly and attended quickly and efficiently to our questions/requests. The tv quit working after our second night's stay. We went out for the majority of the day, when we arrived back at the cottage, the owner had bought and installed a brand new tv. Very much appreciated!! 」

「The cabins were wonderful.I came into town for first aid training and stayed two nights. The owners responded very quickly, gave me all the information that was needed and the pictures reflected the cabin very well. I wish I had more time.\nTo feed the animals as there was food in the cabin for them. I found the bed very comfortable and the bath tub fit me well , i'm 6'2". The hot tub was great, but I was only utilize it one night because I was studying, thank you」
