I had a really great stay at Best Western Vancouver. The staff were one of the highlights of the experience, everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel itself felt very clean, fresh, and updated, and the room was spotless when I arrived. Everything looked new and well maintained, which made the stay feel especially comfortable. The room was quiet, relaxing, and had everything I needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and comfortable place to stay in Vancouver. I’d be happy to stay here again.

The Best Western Inn was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely updated and very clean. My room just happened to be located next to the staircase where people were going up and down. It wasn't noisy, I just happened to be a light sleeper and could hear all the movement. That can be fixed easily next time.

Breakfast was great, staff were very attentive to the breakfast area, kept it very stocked and clean. Hotel room was very large and renovated. The homeless problem of Portland is however evident in the area surrounding the hotel. The pool did not open until 10am and Check out was 11am, which did not give us time to enjoy it, it is in an out building but looks nice from the outside. Can’t stay I’d stay there again but worked for a quick stop over.

I stayed in the dog friendly room. The hotel had an ample supply and doggy bags and plenty of area to take the dog for a walk. The staff was always very friend. Breakfast was a delight, interactions with the front desk was also. Next time I travel with my Boxer Dog through that area I will stay there again
