Bus stops at corner (156 & 152) to Lougheed Mall, Braid Station, and Coquitlam Center, 3-minute walk to Farm Market and Café, 10 minute walk to Mundy Park, 5 minute drive to Sport & Leisure Complex, and 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Starbucks Coffee.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room is comfortable, cozy and quiet. The only problem was the refrigerator which is dreadfully loud, but the host gracefully agreed to turn it off before my arrival. I recommend this room, it suited all my needs.

James and June were the best hosts! I forgot my laptop and blanket in the room & i couldnt afford to pay more money to uber or cab all the way back before my flight so they helped me! They didnt have to but they did it and I appreciated it so much. Thanks again for the stay! Love you both

This is a fantastic place to stay. You have a private entry and the entire place to yourself. My only concern was the parking but even though I had to park on a busy street it was ok. I would absolutely come back.
