Great hotel, Gold experience waaaay over rated; $500 /night and the at the lounge I still had to pay for drinks? Nickel and dime show…..

Nice but expensive
The Gold experience was great but expensive. I don’t recall when booking that I chose this pricey option. Maybe it’s all I was offered. I use this hotel often and have never had a person on the check in desk who speaks good English. It makes checking in hard f after a trans Atlantic flight when it’s 05;00 for me but 20;00 in Vancouver,

Lovely room with great views, however rooms are not soundproofed as you can hear all the noises from hallway and outside.
